About the Mazda 3 Model

The Mazda 3 is a compact car that has been an integral part of Mazda’s vehicle lineup since it first hit the market in 2003. It is a practical and reliable compact car that looks and feels upscale on the inside and outside but comes with a relatively affordable price tag. It is available in both hatchback and sedan styles. The design of the Mazda 3 is one of this compact car’s best features. It won the Design of the Year award at the 2020 World Car Awards, which is a prestigious annual awards show that is judged by a panel of automotive journalists from all around the world.

The current Mazda 3 model features a wide selection of impressive amenities, including a state-of-the-art infotainment system, a host of advanced high-tech safety and driver assistance features, and amenities such as remote engine start. The 2020 Mazda 3 is equipped with a 2.5-L naturally aspirated gas engine that provides 186 horsepower and 186 lb.-ft. of torque. Its current engine is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission system. It provides a smooth and speedy ride on the road, but the turbocharged Mazda 3 is expected to surpass the non-turbo model in terms of power.

What to Expect From the Turbo Mazda 3

Nothing is currently known for certain about the turbocharged Mazda 3 that is projected to hit the mainstream auto market within the year. While some Mazda fans are still holding out hope for the brand-new Mazda 3 to be paired with a manual transmission, the turbocharged Mazda 3 model will likely be bolted to the same six-speed automatic transmission that is already paired with the Mazda 3’s current engine.
