How long does the Mazda 24/7 Roadside Assistance Program last for new Mazda vehicles?
Along with the New-Vehicle Limited Warranty, the 24/7 Roadside Assistance Program is included for all warranted parts for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. If towing is required because a warranted powertrain component has failed, Roadside Assistance is covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles, which is the term for the Powertrain Limited Warranty.
What’s included with 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance?
Although it’s unlikely, if you are stranded and unable to drive your new Mazda vehicle due to the failure of a warranted part, the 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance includes towing service to the nearest Mazda dealership. During the 3-year, 36,000-mile term, Roadside Assistance also covers lock-out assistance, gas delivery, jump starts, and flat tire assistance.
